Mike Dwyer has been involved in all facets of lending since he was 21. He was employed by Colonial State Bank for 33 years including 14 years as a Branch Manager until 1996 and has been a Mortgage Broker since 1997.

Wayne Dickerson has been in the Banking and Finance industry since 1984. He was a Branch Manager with the then Colonial State Bank, before leaving them to further his career in the finance industry as a broker. Since 1997 he has dealt extensively with the residential investment market and is happy to advise clients on loan structuring when arranging their finance.

Shayne Taylor has over 30 years finance and lending experience gained with two major banks, a mortgage manager and finance brokers. This included personal and business lending. He also owned and operated a small business for 5 years so has good empathy with business operators. A specialist in investment property finance since 1995, Shayne has the expertise to structure borrowings for minimum risk to the client. He also holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).
